"Our room still had wet towels from the person before us. Kids were in the pool way past 10 and we're very noisy."

"This is our third stay at Iron Horse and we will keep coming back. We are most impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Paint, carpet, bathroom, etc are all clean and in great working order. The property is clean and well-kept as well. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The Inn is located close to many of the Black Hills attractions. "The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!"

"We had a great stay. The cabin was perfect for what we needed and the Resort was super nice. The sheets on the bed were too small for the mattress and wouldn’t stay on and it would have been nice to have a broom in the cabin, but everything else was wonderful."

"The hotel is great! Very clean, good breakfast, tons of parking. Our only concern was that you can't make a left out of their parking lot which is fairly inconvenient but nothing the hotel can do about it."

"Ok for a quick stay during a road trip. The town was a bit quiet, and the hotel was not very well-maintained. The drainage was clogged, and although they had a plumber fix it, we had to wait almost 30 minutes, which affected our sleeping time. I wish they had checked everything before check-in so no one’s time would be wasted on technical issues that could have been avoided."

"The room had a strong deodorizer odor. Otherwise it looked clean. Breakfast was very limited. No eggs or meat. Only coffee and toast or muffin, nothing else hot."

"This was a clean, well maintained place to stay. It had the feel of the country in the middle of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. When they saw me struggling up the stairs with my suitcase the owner stopped to help me. In the morning as I was struggling down the stairs the housekeeper offered to help me! Comfortable and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again."

"Great little cottage on the side of another property but fenced in to separate it from the other. Beautiful neighborhood environment in a beautiful town. Hot tub in the yard with rabbits running around! Awesome view of the stars from the hot tub. Very nice, would definitely stay there again."
