"Highly recommended,at first sight looks distant from Zurich downtown, but thanks to that incredible transportation system, it will take only 35-45 minutes to be around Zurich downtown. Additionally tha place is neat, fresh, with a super air conditioning system, The breakfast is another plus, So yes, is a great place."

"The location is really not optimal; it is over 30 tram ride from the train station and not at all close to sites you would want to see. The rooms are extremely small, with no place to put your luggage. The bathroom was adequate with a decent shower. The breakfast was the worst we have had so far in Europe-the food was barely lukewarm. Checkout was totally self-operated, so if there was any question about your bill, there was no one to assist or to answer questions."

If you come from arrival hall, the signs will take you go down and up again with some long walk. Better go upstairs approach to the departure hall 1.
