"Surprise!! I got room 249 with a view of the roof! No forewarning until I checked in. The front desk only offered up charges for a room change. No other considerations offered. Hotel says coffee served in the lobbby 5:00-9:00 AM the morning I was there NO coffee along with a 20 minute wait. The reason I stay at the lodge and the Inn, is so I don’t worry about things."

"From the outside this hotel looks more like an improved motel with room doors leading to the outside. We noticed a gap under the door. AC was loud, and balcony door did not have an insect screen. Breakfast was typical for a budget hotel."

"Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful. Im impressed with the young man who went and opened the doors for us while we were entering. That was very nice. The only complaint was breakfast. It wasn't very good. Had to wait for hot water, hash browns were cold inside, biscuits were so hard that plastic knives wouldn't cut it and it wasn't much better with a stainless knife. Ended up going to McDonald's. But even with that we would definetly stay there again. Nice hotel."

"The Breakfast was one of the best free breakfast bars I have seen...ever! Loved the Fitness Center! It was very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff including front office and housekeeping Were all amazing and more than happy to assist all guests needs!"

"Property was clean, staff was very friendly, room was comfortable"

"Walking distance to town center"

"We enjoy the whole experience at the Inn - we have been here several times."

"While the tiny house cabin was nice, the property looked a bit run down. The positives: The unit was clean, had pleasant finishes and a comfy couch with a nice view, and it was nice having a washer/drier. The negatives: No wash cloths, no shampoo and no coffee - very surprising for the price. The bed was a mattress on the floor in a very short loft up steep stairs. It was a bit too firm and hard to get into it on the far side."

"Condo was very clean, had everything you could think of, plus more, walkable to most places “in town”, including gondola. Communication was excellent. Was comfortable and functional."

"Everything was great, Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens, towels and supplies. Only downsides were the size of the master shower (I'm a big guy) and the induction range top which was a bit of a pain. But I would rent this unit every time I come to Sun Valley."

"Condo was comfortably furnished and well equipped for a pleasant stay. Location just north of downtown is excellent. The complex is undergoing a big construction project which was a little disruptive. The complex is shockingly dark at night, and the unit did not have an outside light, which I did not like. Contact person was very helpful. On the whole I recommend this property, but bring a flashlight!"
