"Lisa from the Holiday Inn was so helpful. I left something in the room, and she went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get it back. Wonderful service, and a wonderful place to stay. My in-laws are staying here when they come to visit thanks to how awesome everyone was. :)"

"The hotel was immaculate. The only problem was that the room is very noisy. We could hear the traffic noise outside and the people in the next room. I believe the walls are to thin and the windows installed are not sound proof."

"The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. They were very dog friendly, which was nice. The room was ok for one night, but I don't think I'd want to stay longer than that.The free breakfast was nonexistent. Just some toast and a couple oranges. Which was disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for.."

"Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very polite. The AC worked but was very loud! Hard to sleep. The walls are so thin....no exaggeration, the connecting room had their alarm going off and it woke up my husband and myself. We were not happy!!! So between the AC runnind loud, rattling and the thin walls, sleep was a struggle. Bring ear plugs. Not your regular "Best Western". But also not owned by your regular "Best Western". They bought the name. "

"The contextual breakfast was very scarce and not a lot of options available at all , not even water or juice. They served tang juice. It was definitely not worth the price for the stay. I gave paid the exact same price or less with better quality and breakfast options "

"The hotel (hallways, rooms, etc.) had a really weird smell to it—very musty. There were rooms with a bunch of broken furniture with the curtains open, which made me rather uncomfortable. The bathtub had crud in it and the ice bucket had opened (and leaking) packets of honey in it. It was obviously not cleaned very well, if at all. I would not recommend."
