"The room and service was outstanding! The food options were really great and room service dining hit all the marks! We should’ve looked closer at the pool as it is not an indoor pool. It is half outdoor and unheated so the kids were a little disappointed in that area but other than that, I highly recommend staying again"

"Not a bad stay but I prob would not stay on the 1st floor again. The room on the 1st level was partially underground. The window was at ground level and looked like it has been tampered with from the outside. I would not feel safe in the room alone overnight. "

"We had a nice stay there. The parking was good, the rooms were clean and the people were friendly. The only reasons I didn't give it five stars were 1) they need to replace those little toilets that make you feel like you're falling when you sit down, and 2) The breakfast was good but they didn't offer as much as most places and they needed more seating."

"Breakfast was microwavable BF sandwiches and yogurt and cold coffee. Parking was good as there weren't many people staying there, probably due to the conditions of the Red Lion. Don't believe the pictures on the web, the place is run down."

"Hot tub water gross as pump wasn't working. Breakfast was lame, line of 5 for one waffle maker, limited option. Juice was gross. Room was too small and packed but couldn't take food to room because of sign. Shower nozzle needs love. Check in lady was nice. "

Every staff interaction was pleasant, they always had smiles on their faces and were kind even to my kids. The AC was wonderful and kept the room the temp we wanted. The pool was fabulous! "

"No complaints from our weekend stay, the staff was beyond friendly, accommodating and cheerful. Breakfast was fresh and consistently being restocked and cleaned up, perfect location to hop on the riverfront trail and enjoy a walk or even walk to some near by restaurants. This will definitely be our go to hotel to stay at anytime we’re in Richland for sports. "
