"Very disappointed in my experience. I stay in a lot of hotels and I've never been a crime victim before. I had over $100 stolen and I think the staff were in on it. I would not feel safe to stay there or have my family stay there."

"Clean room, helpful staff, basic room with no frills but comfortable and felt safe in the area. Breakfast was waffles and cereal , coffee and orange juice but fresh and plentiful. Good value"

"Clean updated room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, lighting in bathroom not good for doing hair. Small counter space. Good rates. So, so breakfast."

"Fridge didn't work. TV only got about 6 channels, only 1 was viewable, the ithers were all snowy. Breakfast was a choice of bagel or white bread. No coffee, no juice, no other options. Beds were terrible, we tossed and turned all night. AC kept shutting off. No wifi. Cheap as dirt, but still not worth it. "

"The room was very clean and the staff so very helpful! The TV worked very well, the parking is so practical, very easy access near to the main road. Tons of shops super nearby. Will definitely be back!"

"Changed our room with out calling us. Asssumed we needed one bed when reserved a 2 bed room."

"Had trouble with our door keys working properly. Staff replaced them but still had glitch. Maybe handle mechanism is the issue. Otherwise, nice stay. Safe and convenient."

"The hotel is a good one - very convenient for me as I visit St. Clairsville fairly often. The property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is fine and has decent coffee (important for me). Parking is plentiful and it’s so close to local restaurants. The only reason I don’t t give it 5 stars is because of the road noise - not terrible but you can hear it at night. Didn’t keep me from sleeping though. Overall good place to stay."

"The friendliness they’re going over and behind to make sure everything is correct in your room before you check in. I requested the first floor and I got the first floor if you’re an animal lover your love this place because there’s cats outside waiting to greet you and when you came in, there were cats and there was a nice lady sitting in the archway welcoming you in. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back on March 28 and I’m staying here again. I just check to see if I could stay there...

"Has to be the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. The manager Jack was so nice and we found out he comes in on his day off, Sundays, to make blueberry pancakes for the guest at the outside grill area for breakfast. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the wheeling area."

"Nice clean rooms and a beautiful setting. The way we were treated was disappointing. One Example - My family were asked to stand to the side after ordering In coffee shop while locals were served and their food prepared and then after sometime we were told our items were no longer available. Please treat everyone with respect."
