I’m just very upset when I told them they just looked at me weird and said that’s what I paid for they couldn’t do anything. I’m so mad."

"I stayed here back in January, I booked a room with an accessible tub and was placed in a suite with a shower. After the initial complaint they moved my family up a floor to a room with a tub. The hardware from the faucet had water spraying all over the bathroom, which I wasn’t impressed about given it was a new property. I needed this tub given I was postpartum and healing, this was specifically the reason why I booked to begin with. I was in tears at this point and the tub itself was dirty and...

"Hotel offers nothing for the price. No breakfast, no coffee, pool area was horrendous. Would not recommend "

"We stayed here for 2 nights for a soccer tournament. The standard rooms are smaller than what you'd see in a holiday inn - double beds (instead of queen) and a tiny bathroom (smallest I've seen in a budget hotel). The breakfast was ok (DIY waffles, biscuit/gravy, eggs/meat etc.). During the soccer tournament, all the other hotels hiked their daily rates - sleep in was somewhat reasonable. The services were on par with the price paid."
