To enter the building from the garage, or the main entrance, you need to have a 4 digit code that should be included in the booking confirmation - this code did not come with the confirmation from expedia. The telephone at the keypad from the garage had its cord ripped out of the wall, so it was not usuable to gain entry. Once inside, you had to check-in at a terminal that required the booking code. "Looks like using words like Spa, etc just increases cost. Pls note this is an AIRBNB and not a spa resort. Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "

"Die Unterkunft ist keine 6min von Aarau entfernt. Ich musste eine Stunde, Richtung Zürich fahren. Die Unterkunft ist NICHT in Küttigen. Des Weiteren hatte ich Krümmel, Schuppen und lange Haare im Bett. Die Dusche wurde nicht gereinigt und die Toilette hatte braune Spuren vom Gast zuvor. Bitte wieder!!!! "
