"The staff was very nice and helpful. the beds were VERY comfortable. Restaurant and stores close by. However, there was a homeless man living in a van across the street, but we realize you have no control over that. The room had not been very carefully swept, I picked up several bits of paper off the floor that were not ours. Overall, quite comfortable, and reasonably priced. Thank you"

"Disappointed, when booking had the option of pay now or pay at property. Choose to pay at property because of booking two room each party to pay their room charges. Hotel said no option has to stay on card booked with ????? Why give me the option then at booking time. "
