"The room was absolutely disgusting- sheets/ bed skirts were stained and dirty. There was a hair tie still within the sheets (so guessing bedding didn’t get changed) and when we asked to switch rooms, the owner/manager asked why we were “checking the mattress”. Also they had the door to outside taped up so it wouldn’t latch, allowing anyone access to the building. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere! "

"This Hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. They even had breakfast with our stay including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, pancakes and waffle maker, plus more. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was, when we arrived I was told the king room with a couch and bay view that we'd reserved and paid for, wasn’t available because the previous person extended their stay. "Booked our hotel specifically for the hot tub/pool, which turns out was waiting on an inspection and was closed during our stay. Very frustrating, but out of the staff’s control. What is under their control is how they treat guests. Woke up the first morning of our stay, and was very much looking forward to a hot shower.. only to find the water didn’t get much above lukewarm. "stayed at the park street inn for the Short's anniversary party this year and loved this location to stay. It was a short walk from downtown Bellaire but very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were awesome and very helpful"

"Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

"Room was very clean and the staff was quite responsive to our questions/needs. It's an older, nostalgic, roadside inn. The motel does show it's age but served our needs for a close room to sleep in near an event we participated in. New owners are doing some work to fix it up. "

"It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day."

"Jacuzzi didn’t work, fire place in room didn’t work. When i call for help in jacuzzi i left technician to work and came back my ring was missing !!"
