"The room was clean and comfortable. The faucet was really hard to turn on and off. There really wasn't a kitchen. There was refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and sink. Beautiful scenic property overlooking the bay. The decor was dated but overall it was good."

1 Terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything—TVs, air conditioners, and conversations from neighboring rooms.
2 Unreasonable management. We heard a baby crying next door and requested a room change before even using the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and confirmed rooms were available, but the manager refused simply because we booked...
