"We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality.
