"Rooms I give a B-. A little dated. Beds excellent. Rest of hotel excellent. Right now the lift from the garage was broken, which they knew about but did not tell us, so we had to drag all our luggage up the stairs ourselves. Not that great. All in all however, we are very happy with the stay and would do it again. They do need to either fix the lift, or at least inform people about it, so they can leave the luggage up by the entrance instead."

The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Wenceslas Square, with plenty of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. "Wir sind mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 10 und 15 Jahren gereist und haben ein Familienzimmer bekommen, bei dem das Kinder- und das Elternschlafzimmer durch eine Tür getrennt waren. Beide Bereiche hatten Zugang zum Badezimmer des Zimmers – das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut (warmes und kaltes Essen). Unser Auto haben wir in der Hotelgarage abgestellt; man muss reservieren, da es nur wenige Plätze gibt. Wir werden ohne Zweifel wieder in dieses Hotel kommen."
