"Location is very far away from Historic Madrid and tourist attractions. The apartment is very small compared to what was expected, the bedroom is small. We found ants in the bathroom. We had difficulty sleeping because of the sheer curtains, no blackout curtains or covering. The gym was sufficient and met our needs. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Overall, we will not return to this location because it didn’t really meet our expectations or requirements except for the gym."

"This hotel is a great find, I have booked it only for one night as I had to move to another city next morning. This location is very close to main metro station Nuevos Ministerios. This station is very well connected to other metro lines and straight train to Madrid Airport. Unit was amazingly spacious, separate bedroom, big living room with sofas and study table, Kitchen in the closet, fully equipped. To my surprise there was a balcony as well. Air condition worked very well and it was...

"Very well located to walk around and take public transport. The kitchen facilities and the small table was a great plus to have some breakfast before leaving in the morning. There are a couple of clubs on the ground floor of the building and can be very noisy with people around talking and partying until 5:30am. I took some earplugs so it did not disturb my sleep. The receptionists were very friendly. I will recommend it."

"Convenient accommodation in a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of shopping, food and transport options around. Room was small but enough if you aren’t spending the day in it. We did need to air it out as it did have a musty smell (perhaps coming from the aircon) would stay again purely to be in the neighbourhood."

"Room was clean and really comfortable. Loved location. Communication with host was horrible, room smelled like cigarette smoke, reached out to host about room change and got weird responses like ai communication. And said to disregard message and also said if theres anything else we can assist you on please reach out again. Well still no response on switching rooms so had to sleep with windows open to let smell go away. Long story short ended up getting sick due to low temperatures at night and...
