"Loved the view from our balcony, comfy king bed and sofa bed for our family of 4, support with getting transfer and taxi when needed, billiards enjoyed by our teens, and delicious dinner at the onsite restaurant. The beach is clean and easy entry for any age with watersports next door. Some cool shops for clothing and souvenirs a short walk down the beach within another beach restaurant. Short distance to other beaches, Roadtown ferry, Beef Island ferry and airport. "

We were able to stay at this beautiful village hotel for our entire week and didn't find it necessary to have a personal car to eat, relax, shop, meet excursion watercraft or entertain ourselves. "If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! "

"My wife and I enjoyed the stay, our room, the staff and would be happy to stay there again. Parking is limited and accessibility is for able bodied people. We typically walked to restaurants. Our bed was comfortable, the AC unit kept the room comfortable. The breakfast was breads, cereals, coffee, milk, juice. The Inn does a pretty good job of taking care of the place, they just don't have the ability to take care of places in the neighborhood, which are a bit run-down. It is an island...

"Coconut Coast Villas was an excellent place to stay in St. John! The water view was amazing, and the property managers were available and communicative the whole time. We were provided with a detailed guide of various places on the island for snorkeling and dining.
