"Room was clean though a bit rustic. Staff was very nice. No housekeeping but was able to collect all clean towels, etc. in the office. We were here for a funeral. Pier Blue Inn was close to funeral home, Catholic Church, and repast. Nice restaurants so close by! I’m glad I booked this place. Added a second night to avoid Friday night traffic back to our house in Rockland County NY."

"Very clean, well designed and furnished suite and courteous staff. Warm and comfortable. No food other than continental breakfast. So take your food as the nearest place is down the road a ways... I stayed in the snowstorm so that wasn't easy to do. I took mine. But the suite makes it easy to have your own food. Sink, fridge, microwave, tea/ coffee hot water available. Think this aspect should be made clearer to guests before they come. But loved it. "

"We have stayed here many times. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the evening gentleman. It is convenient to the highway and to the things we want to do in Stamford. Continental breakfast and coffee is average "
