"My only takeaway, and the reason why I would not return to UNICO is due to the limited food choices. The food is AMAZING, however there are only 3 a la carte restaurants, for which you must make reservations each day to be served dinner, and portions are small. The breakfast is limited in options as well, a la carte, and small portions also. Let me give you an example, breakfast dishes will include potatoes, and no joke, you get 3 small to medium cubes. There is nowhere to go and have lunch. You can either order by the pool (limited food choices) or go to the roof top for sliders, fish tacos, etc, or go to your room for room service. Again, the food is AMAZING. The resort is small and intimate, and it worked fine for me. Beach access very easy, same for pool, however I must mention that the towel case isn't stocked all day. They do run out, and are not checking . Bedding is VERY comfortable, my room was kept very clean. Housekeeping does an outstanding job. All employees in all capacity ARE VERY HARD WORKING, and very kind, attentive, and respectful."
