"The upsides: The hotel is BEAUTIFUL - truly an escape in the mountains. The pool overlooks the river which was stunning!!! We stayed at the Colibri house - the space was clean and even though it didn't have AC, we really didn't need it bc there are plenty fans and the night isnt as hot.
The downsides: restaurant/bar closes really early and you also have to leave ready your order for brekkie the night before. The lady at reception wasn't very nice either. When we checked out we we moved to the pool and not event 2 mins after we sat down she came to us saying we had to leave unless we spent more $$$ - which we were planning to do lol but her attitude wasn't great"
