"The location was great. They have valet parking, or you can park your car. Close to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was available if needed. The only minor issues were a broken iron (but it worked) and a personal item left in the room that was overlooked, but they did not take away from the experience of sleeping in a comfortable bed. The room had a spacious fridge, which was appreciated."

"Traveled with my wife and kids from Chicago to watch a bears vs bengals game the hotel was nice and clean,the receptionist what very helpful Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage...

"I got sick trying to get into the room and they changed me into another room and got sick as well but they could not allow me to cancel my reservation or move so I had to leave the premise since I could not sleep there for that night."

"La propiedad bastante linda, sin embargo muy descuidado en limpieza de alfombras, sillones y cortinas…. Las cuales en uno de los 2 cuartos estaban rasgadas. Baños, limpios y sábanas limpias y confortables. Aire acondicionado excelente Desayuno bien…podría estar mejor y más variado"

"Terrible staff, banging on the door at 1AM trying to get in the room with key, had to call police. After filing complaint with hotel management, they promised will investigate and never get back to me after multiple email inquiries. Terrible horrible experience for a business woman traveling alone."
