"The place is very clean, but they have a list of items to charge if broken or lost and it is obvious but for example, $15 if the key of the room gets lost, really? Also when we checked in, the receptionist was not very friendly, but besides this, everybody else was super nice and the place is beautiful. "

"This hotel is situated in an ideal spot; very close to the island so that you see dozens of bird species from it's fabulous deck. The infinity pool is gorgeous as are all the grounds. Well worth the ride to the hotel! They have jet ski, kayaks and even will take you on a boat ride around the lake. The staff were absolutely spot-on. The food was very good. Rooms were comfortable and they use solar power to heat the shower (very hot water!) and provide power. Definitely will be back! "

"During my stay, Ovidio and Carlos where super friendly and helpfull. They are good at english and always asked us if we needed anything. They also own the restaurant next to the place where you can have some nice asian food. Laundry service was nice too. If you need a place to stay which is very central, book this place. You are really close to everything you need."
