"the property was alright, however nothing was really available expect the pool the gym nothing was in complete working condition. the restaurant and shops were closed. they said it was the off traveling time but why wouldn't you still have the restaurant be available. the description for the room states balcony, but its really not a balcony more like a little step ledge. A balcony you can sit out on...that's not what this was so to pay more thinking you can sit out and look at the ocean drink your coffee.. that was so not the case. I was very disappointing. This hotel is just in a good location if you like to walk. the water didn't work one of the nights we were there. the staff is not very interactive. I was told that's were a lot of people stay when its carnival time but I'm guessing than that's when they up there game and make the place look like the website. they do need a bit of an upgrade. there's only 1 ice maker on the 3rd floor 1 microwave on the 2nd floor. rooms in the 409 area expect to hear loud music late in the night.. my room was 338 which face the front of the hotel pretty quiet. I was easy to catch the safari bus in front of the hotel 2dollar fare."
