"My fiancé and I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel de Provence. Rooms were clean and well up-kept, staff was kind and pleasant and location was perfect for walking distance to the train, beach, shopping and restaurants."

"Very poor services , I reported fridge and room phone not working , was ignored . Nothing was done about it . Customer service was really bad . We would ask for assistance and just ignore. Language bearer . Also we would go to bar area and would would have to look for attend , would wait there for about 15 to 20 mins . No one have have the decency of coming back to ask if we needed anything more !! Very very unhappy with the hotel stay ."

"The room was overlooking the beach. There is a nice sand beach with chairs to rent and a bar. The taxi drive to downtown Cannes was about 20 minutes. We could see Cannes from across the water but remained away from the busy city noise. There are really nice beach clubs and water sports rentals within walking distance if the hotel beach is too crowded."

"Minute and uncomfortable rooms and bed with poor air conditioning. The pillow were are thin as paper despite asking for different ones. The bigger issue was 2 incidents at breakfast over 3 days where staff was very rude only when I asked for more eggs! They said that’s all we have. The second time it happened, I complained again to reception and another guest complained about the same woman when he asked for fresh eggs and she told him you have a lot of other food to eat! the manager then came...
