"Llegamos tarde, tardaron muchísimo en hacer check in, nos dieron un apartamento horrible en la zona Sevilla, el edificio se caía a cachos , estaba sucio, la puerta de la terraza rota , entraba frío y todos los bichos del mundo, teníamos un nido de larvas pedimos el cambio pero al ser de noche no nos lo daban fue un horror … menos mal que al día siguiente una señora muy maja en la recepción nos cambió al primer edificio y ahí estaba mejor… igualmente la limpieza brilla por su ausencia…"

"We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and...

"Un desastre, no pienso volver nunca mas a alojarme en este lugar. El peor de los Meliá que he estado. Primero la piscina cierra a las 18hs. El Spa abre recién a las 12hs por lo que si vas una sola noche como fue mi caso a menos que vayas el mismo día del check in no hay manera de llegar, sin decirte que se pusieron a arreglar y limpiar el spa cuando estaba yo ahí. 0 relax! Después, mi madre siendo discapacitada no tenía nadie que la ayudara a entrar porque basicamente había una sola persona...

"The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers. There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away...
