"Fantastic 4* hotel with were very helpful staff (especially at the front desk). The room was big and very clean with a decent balcony. The only room issues were: the lack of a coffee machine, which is sort of required in any decent hotel these days (having the balcony with a relaxing view of the lovely garden and no way to sit with a coffee in the morning or evenings and enjoy it was a pain); also having 2 single beds put together, no matter how big they are, is not ideal. "This hotel was amazing! The location is right next to the beautiful cathedral in the heart of the old city so is within walking distance from many main streets and side street cafes and shops. Angela and Alicia at the front desk were especially kind and helpful. We wanted to take a tour of the bodega but several, including Tio Pepe were booked. Angela called the Fundadore Bodega and was able to book us into the 7:00 pm (1900 h) tour which was incredibly informative and enjoyable! The...

The best thing is the staff, the receptionists are incredible, always smiling, cheerful, hardworking, efficient and knowledgeable, especially Marta who went an extra 2000 miles for us at check in and later on. "Die sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit ist wirklich top. Die Unterkunft ist an einem schönen Gelegenen Ort und man kann den Bahnhof sowie alle öffentlichen Gebäude gut zufuss erreichen. Ich fand es persönlich nur sehr laut, also wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, für den ist diese Unterkunft eher nichts. "
