"We booked a Premium room which turned out to be in the ground floor. It was quite dark with minimal
Room lighting. Also the bathroom was quite small with very little space to set up sponge bags etc plus hardly any hanging hooks for towels. I mentioned this at checkout and the very nice receptionist said if I ha d mentioned at the start they could have moved us to an upper floor after the weekend, but the hotel was pretty full when we arrived so I guess we just drew a short straw?"

"Very quiet considering it’s above a pub. Room was nice but nothing special. Bath is modern and in good condition. Town is nice with a number of restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was good but some fresh fruit would be nice."

We were then told that she couldn’t fix it and WE had to email guest relations. We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days.
Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...
