"Hot water wasn’t working in our room. Pool wasn’t clean. Hotel said they will refund via Expedia but will not respond to Expedia. I do not recommend you stay here"

"What a fantastic hotel! Start to finish this was amazing. I would honestly say this is the best Disney hotel there is. So clean, amazing staff and the pool is amazing!!"

"The property lacks management and communication. We reserved a VIP cabin for our family of 5 which included 3 small children. We checked in and were handed our wristbands and given our cabin number with no direction or information on how to get to our cabin. It was a 50 minute walk with our luggage down several gravel roads from where we checked to where our cabin was. Our cabin was in poor condition with holes in the walls and bandaids on the router. "It’s a great base if you are going to Disney as it’s a straightforward walk and only takes 30mins (if you’re walking slow). We only slept and showered in the hotel and it was fine for that. Although we didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment. It had lots of amenities and a good atmosphere. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch but if you are getting soft drinks, they might be a bit flat. We’d definitely stay here again as a base for Disney."

"Our apartment was so big and the kitchenette was so helpful to have. The location was great, with a few minutes walk to Val d’Europe shopping mall and the train station."
