"The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great."

"We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. "Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...
