"Room were very clean with a Beautiful view of the Ocean with no balcony which was disappointing. The pool was nice. Staff were not really helpful, staff member was too busy chewing gum when trying to show me directions of the carpark. Staff in general were preoccupied with their mobile phones at reception. Had to call twice for extra pillows And a bed topper which weren’t delivered. The bed was very uncomfortable bc there were 2 single Beds pushed together with no bed topper or zipped beds....

"Firstly, the air conditioner in our room was not working and it was hot (it was 24 degrees on 13/9). On contacting reception staff, we were told that there was nothing they could do (it was late in the night) and I had to request for a fan for ventilation purposes as well as to speak to the Manager the following morning. "Great location right next to beach. We had room that opened up into tennis courts which was lovely. Huge lawns to relax on for kids to run amuck. Also indoor pool and gym but we didn’t use either. We had dinner in restaurant but that could definitely be fancied up a bit and menu needs a few more items but hubby enjoyed his steak and I had the Caesar salad which was very good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. I would very happily stay again and would encourage family groups that...

"Nette kleine Hotelanlage, etwas verwinkelt. Kleine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten vor unserem Appartement. Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass wir auf der Terrasse zu Abend essen konnten. Fußläufig (10-15 min) ist ein Supermarkt. Frühstück wurde uns in einer Papiertüte beim Check in übergeben. Das war merkwürdig. Ganzes Leib Brot, Butter und eine Marmelade. Dazu zwei sehr leckere Säfte. Von unseren Unterkünften entlang der Great Ocean Road das teuerste, deshalb aber nicht das Beste....

"Upon check in staff were great and very friendly, we were even able to check in early. Room wasn't very clean unfortunately. There were dead ants all over the pillows and bed and bugs on the towels. Staff were made aware and I was told they would speak to the cleaners"

"We loved our stay in Quest with our toy poodle! The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was clean and well kept. Highly recommended if you have furbabies!"
