"The only reason for the lower rating on amenities was due to the pool area being renovated and closed during our stay. The resort itself is wonderful and the staff are excellent - we look forward to returning when the infinity pool is open!"

"Would have stayed 6 nights, checked out after 4. Was simply too badly run hotel.
+ Nice staff
- No room cleaning.
-The air conditioning was bad and sounded terrible, couldn't sleep ..
- No water in the shower and the toilet barely worked.
- The food at the hotel was very limited.
Could have been a good hotel, but unfortunately it is too much that does not meet expectations."
