"Disapointed by this hotel and not worth the price...we were 4 people, there was not enough towels so we ended up having to share towels. Same for the pool area, no towels available. We were here on a sunday so it might explain they had not received delivery of linens. Still, no help from the staff. Very limited and expensive options to eat there as there, so we ended up going out. Overall, this is not a NOVOTEL standard and the 4 stars are not justified. Breakfast was nice but that's about it."

"I didn’t expect it to be this good. I’d just booked the cheapest room, expecting a small room in the attic. But it was very large, newly renovated with an updated (excellent) shower. The AC was completely silent and cooled down the room effectively despite it being 99 F outside. The restaurant is okay for dinner and great for breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool table and walking along the little river nearby. Best chateau stay we had on this trip 10/10"

"Adorable, comfortable, and clean, my stay was lovely. Very near the train/bus station and the castle. There's a good boulangerie nearby, and centre ville is just a few minutes walk down the hill. The staff was amazing, let me speak my broken French, and the breakfast was delicious and ample. I loved sitting out on the front terrace having a drink or eating."

"Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé mais quelques points d’attention Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mes filles et avons passé un très bon séjour. L’emplacement est vraiment un gros point fort, l’hôtel est situé en plein centre ville ce qui permet d’accéder facilement à pied à de nombreux restaurants, ainsi qu’à la place où se trouvent la guinguette et différentes animations. C’était très pratique pour profiter de la ville sans avoir à reprendre la voiture. Le personnel était également...

"Great location, good room. Old building could use a refresh (eg bars holding carpet down in the stairs were coming undone). Staff was good but inconstant in helpfulness/warmth (eg. We travelled with another party and I asked if we could have our tables next to one another at breakfast. she was a bit annoyed and reluctantly swapped the tables. I did not ask in advance, however we were the first guests and the breakfast room was completely empty.)"

"Well, it had AC and the days were 95 plus. Very small room with no sitting area or room to maneuver around the bed. Slippery shower and bathroom floor. Very unpleasant smell in the room."
