"Centrally located in old town Bilbao. Has a locker facility right across. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room has no air conditioning, just a fan which was not enough. The bathroom was ok, with a good shower."

"Location in the old city near restaurants. It is newly constructed hotel (with a historic exterior) with all the modern amenities. Appreciated the touch of l’Occtaine soaps, convenience of the affordable hotel restaurant for breakfast, and bar. There is a Michelin restaurant ‘Ola’ which we didn’t try. Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations, spoke English and pleasant. We would definitely return if we visit Bilbao again."

"Our room wasn’t cleaned two days and the dirty mugs and cups were not removed 2 days in a row. When I pulled the curtains, dust were flying around. Staff were grumpy and had no warmth. The bar man said no hot drinks after 5pm but we were served hot tea at 10pm the night before.
It was unclear if we had to pay to access the swimming pool."
