"The place was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the food was decent. If you want to explore in town, I would look for something closer to town since this place was kind of far away and it was pricey to get to the activities. But overall, a very good experience!"

"Umaya is incredible and we loved our stay there. There were a few issues with the original room (WiFi didn’t work and no plugs) and so we were upgraded to a beach front apartment. The views were glorious.
The bedrooms are really spacious and beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy.
The pools were great and really clean. You can borrow kayaks for free.
All of the staff were really kind and friendly."

"Beautiful place to stay! Staff attentive and very nice. My one complaint would be that they were out of some food choices that we wanted, but I am assuming is that was due to the time of year, they were are not fully stocked, which is understandable."

"Great location at the north end of San Pedro town. The property was well kept. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Resort is right on the beach and a few blocks from the nightlife so it was nice and quiet."
