"The hotel is clean with spacious room facilities. The room has a great
beach view and is quiet and calm. For convenience here is a coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel. Staff were polite with no check-in or check-out problems. I would stay here again"

"The hotel is located on the main strip of Kuala Belait town so easy access to shops and eateries nearby.
Very friendly staff. Check-in was quick. Stayed in Room 208 which accommodated three of us. Room was of an adequate size. View from the room was of the building next door. Quiet and clean. Housekeeping were quick in dealing with request for an extra set of towels.
Bathroom was clean. The shower area contained a small window with venetian blind.
Bed was comfortable and had a good night's...

Bad Stay
"Very run-down hotel needs a urgent revamp. Not sure how Hotels.com could even list this on website.
Breakfast one of the staff prepared an "English breakfast " overcook egg and hash brown did not even touch it.
Booked for 4 nights and stayed for one. This is more like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. Would not recommend "
