"Terrible place. Moldy dirty bathroom, no hot water, musty property, moths in room and curtains with moth holes. No sheer privacy curtains (guess destroyed by moths at some point) so can’t let the light in without having people walk by and look into the room. Dark and depressing place. Will not be coming back "

"This has the potential to be a really nice hotel experience but it lacks. We checked in late after a really long day. There wasn’t anywhere to get water or a bite to eat. It’s isolated in a sense. Staff needs lessons in “unreasonable hospitality”. I’ve stayed here 3 times. Probably won’t stay again. "

"The 1st room we received didnt have sheets nor blankets! We were offered another room and it smelled like spices. Our friends' were staying in another room and their A/C didn't work so they were moved to another room also. Overall, it was not a nice experience with a price similar a beautiful Hilton nearby. Hilton would have been way better. "

"I have stayed here several times. Each time different deposit amounts. Reservations made on line if there is an issue on booking or what ever they are extremely rude, don’t care attitude it’s your problem. Of course they take your money in a second but you wait to get any refund within 72 hours. Great customer service even the security boy try’s to get in the issue being rude and threatening to you. also the fat ass manager states she is the boss and they don’t have a corporate office number to call. I’m 70! Years old and having someone threatening you of course I will leave and will not return. You can change the name of the place but if the same trashy employees will continue to ruin your business. Had to ask three times for toilet paper and to barrow a plunger. Finally a man came splashed water all over the floor I cleaned it up with their towel. Police in the parking lot each night. Stay safe clean up your staff starting with the manager on down. What a shame honestly. "
