"Disappointing Stay, Poor Cleanliness and Service Our family’s stay at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites was very disappointing. The room had worn-out sofas and chairs, a blocked bathroom sink that was only fixed on the second day, and an unclean floor drain. "good"

"Good room, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. They let me check in slightly earlier which I really appreciated."

"We loved every part of our luxurious stay. From the moment we got out of the Uber upon arrival, until check out. We were made to feel extremely special, and the room was just incredible. The best we’ve ever stay in. The staff were wonderful, breakfast top tier and we had 2 fabulous swims and dips in the spa. Would love to stay again!"

"No comments. It was comfortable "

"The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time."

"Clean room, pool was nice, towels were fresh, bed and pillows were really nice however breakfast buffet was expensive - $50 per person is not reasonable"

"All were good"

"Very nice and close to most things"

"This hotel is RIGHT at the airport. I had an early morning flight, so booked this hotel to stay at the night before. When I got up the next morning, I didn't even need to leave the building, because they have a direct entrance into the airport. I wish all airports were set up for convenience like this!"
