"Exceeded expectations. We had an emergency , and the front desk team did their best to assist. Big thank you. Compliments to Mr Ryan from ginger restaurant for the warm hospitality as well. Hotel guests also have access to snap fitness that is open 24/7, attached mall has plenty of f&b, cafe, supermarkets. Thumbs up!"

"Great communication pre-arrival, organised transfers from/to airport. Very welcoming. Room was studio - very comfortable with plenty of space. Option for charge back to hotel from selected restaurants. Would definitely recommend. "

"Easy to find, great easy parking, quiet accommodation, friendly reception staff, apartment had everything I needed. Overall pretty clean however couch was significantly stained and shower cubicle could have been cleaner (bits of soap on floor). Furniture arrangement comfortable for me, however could be a problem for others with more people staying eg. only a two seater couch in lounge area of two bedroom apartment (so potentially 4 guests). Overall comfortable stay and would happily book again...

"It can be loud at night but by 11pm it was pretty quiet. People in the room next to us were unusually loud. Their kid screamed all day and evening and they just acted like he wasnt. Not the hotels fault but the walls are a little thin."

"It was sad that there was no dining and that the pool was closed. However it is what we paid for; a budget hotel. The young guy at reception was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and had a lot of local knowledge. The shower in our room was also excellent, bed comfortable."

"Hearing a little bit breathless, No hot water for morning shower. Ran taps for extended period to try to bring hot through. Wasted a lot water doing so. Thanks for switching me to another room. I really like the digital code room access system you have too. "
