"Hidden gem. Hotel, facilities and room still very new and very clean. Gym was great with a cold water station. Free city team directly outside. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend"

"Amazing location, beautiful city views, very clean, friendly staff and service"

"Everything is new and good enough. We had wonderful three nights there. Good location and easy to find parking and restaurants."

"This was an exceptional property - the staff, decor, cleanliness and facilities were faultless. The abundance of seating areas and gathering spaces was a welcome surprise! We enjoyed the DJ and happy hour drinks in the cosy foyer bar and breakfast at Coupette was delicious!"

"Stayed in a large room on a high floor for Grand Final weekend. Hotel at capacity, some issues with the lifts on one day made the descent slow and squishy. On a busy road so best to be up high for less noise. Great facilities in the room with sitting area, dining space, kitchenette and bathroom. However very small ensuite bathroom with glass doors, which is great for couples but less so for friends. Great location."
