"First night I was given a room with no power then moved to another room with power. Fire alarm went off during the night on both nights. No idea why. No offer to discount night with no power. "

"Very old and very noisy if your room is at the front. Comfy beds and pillows."

"Bathroom sink was inconveniently small, not much space in the shower either. The guy at the front desk was very helpful, though."

"It was very dirty. The only good thing was the cleaning lady that was lovely and the front desk worker was nice. The place doesn’t look like the photos. It was in a bad area. The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms were old. Won’t stay there again. Had no laundry when their website say they do. Door latch was dodgy and felt unsafe. "

"It is an average, hotel with expensive, rates, The water tap from the sink, we could not close it...very hard. The noise from the cars passing by,.. was bit annoying. The fridge, looks like been in Ukraine,..broken cabinets, and no holders on the door."

"We've really enjoyed our stay it's a great unit. It would suit anyone that enjoys the convenience of being self contained as we do. It's close to the city and very easy to travel to surrounding areas. I would highly recommend it to anyone. "

"Hotel is getting old and needs a clean up, air con is sub standard , the breakfast to be honest was poor, bathrooms are tired , staff are pretty good. I think with a revamp it will come up well."

"Excellent location close to Royal Adelaide Hospital and priced reasonably. On the tram line so easy to get around the city or down to Glenelg if I had chosen to go there. Will stay there again"

"The $30 per day for parking is very expensive when you consider how much it costs to stay in the hotel. The extras in the room are not replaced daily, shower cap, sanitary bag, vanity set. Was told at the grand bar we had a $50 credit for staying in the hotel only to find out this is only if you book direct with the hotel. Pool chairs broken and need cushions due to stretching make them quite uncomfortable."
