"We have stayed here before and it was excellent not this time. Room smelt of smoke broken shower door had been removed and not replaced. Plates in cupboard covered in sticky pink icing. Dirt around sink!"

"My first room was well below par for a 'Deluxe Queen' by being shabby and numerous maintenance issues. The replacement room that I was given was MUCH better. The staff were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately some workers came to upgrade the mobile phone tower for the last 4 days of my stay and took over and blocked 1/2 of the car park day & night making parking very difficult (impossible at times) and inconvenient, BUT NOT the fault of Jacksons. Overall not the most relaxing or best of...

"There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space "

"A tired and run down motel with basic facilities. Trucks using their exhaust brakes coming down the hill were fairly noisy. "

"It was very dirty. The only good thing was the cleaning lady that was lovely and the front desk worker was nice. The place doesn’t look like the photos. It was in a bad area. The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms were old. Won’t stay there again. Had no laundry when their website say they do. Door latch was dodgy and felt unsafe. "

"It is an average, hotel with expensive, rates, The water tap from the sink, we could not close it...very hard. The noise from the cars passing by,.. was bit annoying. The fridge, looks like been in Ukraine,..broken cabinets, and no holders on the door."

"The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance...
