"Generally and overall the staff are helpful and respectful. Apart from one female receptionist, when we called requesting milk for our 2 year old ( who was very ill), her only concern was the bill. My wife told her we will pay at check out but she insisted we pay cash at 3am! I mean its not like we were running away or avoiding paying 600 rupees! "

"the hotel staff is not polite or professional, if you are staying with your partner or wife keep your marriage certificate with you. If you leave the hotel every time your identity is checked and the room key card is reprogrammed. Car parking is another issue. "

"Though it was very short stay but absolutely loved it as it was super comfortable. The hotel is modern, clean, very beautifully decorated with stunning art pieces, toiletries are from CONATURAL which is my all time favourite organic brand and above all the restaurant on-site is not be missed as the food is always too good.
