"The room was extremely hot. We arrived at 8 PM. 5 hours after the checkout time they didn’t even open the AC there were no water at the room. The zipper at the tent was broken It was like we are sitting outside. Avoid itDon’t bother yourself to book a room to sleep there just go to Visit the turtle and leave by the way you need to be prepared because they’re gonna put you in a bus without AC a junk one with a 43°"

"Room tired no basis facilities like slippers, toiletries, etc. Wrong number given if you wanted to contact hotel. Needs correcting for other guests if they book this hotel and wanted to ring them like i did and couldn't. Staff were courteous and polite. Breakfast very basic. "

"Wir haben dieses Hotel storniert (aufgrund einer Reisewarnung des Aussendepartements), heben die Bestätigung der Stornierung erhalten, mit dem Hinweis, dass wir alles bezahlen müssen (dies im Gegensatz zu vielen andern Hotels, welche wir für unsere reise gebucht hatten und Verständnis für die kritische Lage zeigten). Dass wir nun von ihnen und auch vom Hotel selbst eine Einladung zur Bewertung erhalten, erstaunt doch einigermassen...."
