"Lovely hotel in a great location just off the lake shore and close to the old town."

"It’s a lovely hotel, our bedroom was basic and decoration a bit dated. The staff were very nice, but best of all the location was lovely- views and a short walk in daylight through the forest. The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers. "

"Bonjour, l'accueil était satisfaisant. Bon emplacement proche de la gare. En revanche, - chambre située au-dessus d'un restaurant thaïlandais : ça empestait notamment avec le chauffage actif (l'air brassé un mélange de nourriture - odeur trop forte et les vêtements puent car pas d'armoire fermée) - la porte de ma chambre était ouverte quand je suis rentrée de ma journée !! N'importe qui aurait pu y rentrer, je l'ai signalé mais j'ai vraiment craint pour mes effets personnels..."

"Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never...

"部屋は狭いですがとても綺麗でオシャレな感じでした。立地はいいですが、駅から大きなスーツケースを持って歩こうとすると坂や階段が多く結構大変だったのでタクシーをお勧めします。ケトルはありましたが使えませんでした。エレベーターもありません。 1番の問題点は壁が薄すぎることで、隣の部屋の話し声や上の人の足音や声が直接聞こえてきます。それがとてもストレスでした。"
