"I would have given 5 stars, except: At time of reservation, which was many weeks in advance, I specifically requested not to be placed on the first floor. I got a “noted” response from Embassy Suites. When I went to check in, guess where our room was going to be? You guessed it, first floor! "Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
