"Beautiful hotel with an amazing spa! Lost count of how many saunas, hot tubs, etc there were. Room was very spacious with a very comfy bed. Loved being able to have breakfast until 12 noon so could have some more time in the spa before checking out. Our only issue was that the room was quite warm even with the windows open and 2 fans on."

"Interesting place to stay. Front desk was helpful. Was looking forward to dinner but was disappointed. Drinks took over 1/2 hour to receive and were never once asked again if we wanted any more drinks. An hour and a half before we received our food. After finishing food we were left waiting half an hour. Would have ordered dessert and more drinks if offered the chance. 2 hour ordeal after a long travel day was very frustrating. Their loss as we opted to eat elsewhere the rest of our stay."

"Basic hotel. Decent location. Our room would have been very tight for 3 adults with luggage. Good value for Belfast though. Definitely ok for a night or weekend but you won’t want to spend time in the room. Definitely budget but that’s the brand so no real complaints "
