"Lovely place, really off but relaxing and beautiful environment. Add fans in the restaurant to get rid of the mosquitoes at night and it’s five stars. Unfortunately many of the dishes on the menu wasn’t available. Make sure to visit the restaurant across the street. "

"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. "We really enjoyed our stay in the lagoon paradise resort and even decided to stay one day longer than initially planned. You can enjoy the breakfast (as well as dinner) in the nice beach restaurant with a great view. We booked a cabana which was located near the swimming pool. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody who visits Tangalle! Special thanks also to the staff (especially Weerasena & Thisara) who were more than welcoming."

"Friendly staff and facilities at the hotel are good. Nearest beach is a rocky beach. Last few KM of the road leading to the hotel is very poor. This section needs to upgrade and possibly out of hotel managements' control. They may need to coordinate with the neighboring hotels and the local authority. "This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). "This was one of the highlights of my month long travels in Sri Lanka. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the glamping tents are stunning and the host can’t do enough for you. The traditional food served was some of the best I have eaten in Sri Lanka and the attention to detail with service was unmatched. 10/10 recommend for a quiet getaway amongst nature. "
