"This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. "A terribly managed property . Every staff at the reception desk was dismissive . There was no welcoming or interest in feedback upon checkout. They advertise Oceanview rooms and partial view . If you book the ocean-view they are trying to pass partial view with a better angle as ocean-view. The beach is crowded and the beach staff is rude.
