Cari Hotel di Ambalangoda

"The standing of this hotel which claims, boasts and advertises as luxurious was really disappointing. Premises are ageing, amenities and food offer very basic and the standards of both cleanliness and comfort not really satisfying."

"Decent boutique hotel. Quiet, clean, and a private beach at your feet, literally. Very good in-house restaurant, and other eating spots closeby if required. Rooms are air-conditioned, with TV and good rainfall showers. Staff polite and attentive, my room AC was deemed faulty after a few hours from check-in and was fixed by a technician within 30min after reporting. "Service standards both staff and amenities very poorly managed. Front office staff need more training highly unprofessional. Property located in a good place however the premises not maintained well"

"The Riff is a beautifully designed hotel, immaculately maintained and wonderfully organised. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, the food is absolutely delicious, and the location is perfect. We have loved our stay and can’t wait to return!"

"The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day."

"There isn’t much close by just the beach and huge amazing pool. Wish there were more shops"

"This is a spectacular hotel that I would recommend for anyone. The pool is incredible, the rooms are spacious with great views and the staff is so kind. This property, location, and screams luxury. 10/10 experience."
