"Nice quiet hotel but the restaurant staff at the Orangerie restaurant in the evening was terrible. Sullen, uninterested and unhelpful waitress. Same restaurant at lunch was great. "

"Wow, what an experience. After five days in Sharm El Sheikh with the kids, I was ready for some relaxed luxury and the Waldorf Astoria Cairo delivered exactly that. From the moment you arrive, you’re enveloped in a sense of calm, luxury and seamless convenience. The staff are absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, they go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I really can’t praise them highly enough. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, understated yet luxurious, and incredibly comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Cairo, and for a longer stay.
