"This hotel was in the perfect location if you want to be in the middle of the action in Boracay.
The staff were outstanding . I don’t think I opened a single door or carried a single bag. Very helpful and polite.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
Beds were comfortable.
I liked the little sweet treats you get every day in your room. Very nice extra touch!
Poor area was nice and also clean.
Breakfast was ok. I just found the Philippines on the whole hasn’t had the greatest breakfast to offer...

"The staff was very nice and the room was also very good. However, we experienced some issues during our stay. When we arrived, our Expedia reservation was not registered, so we had to wait for a while before they finally gave us our room.
Later, I booked a massage, but when I went to the lobby to ask where it would take place, they told me they didn’t have space available and that it would be done in the room instead. I refused because they hadn’t informed me of this change beforehand.

"Great communication from the hotel staff prior to our arrival. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival - they are all so lovely and professional. Room was very clean. Breakfast is included, right by the beach. Great location."
