"The lobby and public areas were well kept and gave a luxury hotel feel but rooms were dated, smell of people smoking was evident in the hallways even though room were suppose to be non smoking, elevators were super slow and not all were running, washrooms bathtub/shower had only half door so you end up getting water all over the washroom floor, I found the front desk staff and restaurant staff to be generally rude and uninterested in providing a good customer experience.
