"Clean and quiet"

"When we were there our pass card didn’t work to get into the pool area. We asked at the front desk, they said they were having problems with the guests cards and let us into the pool area. No problem at all. Great stay"

"Plenty of parking either to front or rear of hotel and snow was cleared daily, nice view of the harbour. Breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate, but available at the restaurant linked to the hotel. Room was warm although the fan heater was quite noisy, room was clean enough and close enough to the centre of town. Staff all nice and friendly."

"This was a great hotel for a stop-over stay. It checked all our boxes (clean, friendly staff, pool, breakfast included) and had a fun pancake machine at breakfast which was a highlight for the kids. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good but ends too early. Hard to get up before 9:30 am on new Year's day. And the staff was waiting by the door to close it down as the clock counted down. Very intimidating."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a balcony to go on. But this room had no heaters. It was very cold. The staff provided me with a portable heater and extra blankets which helped alot The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I will definetly be staying again."
